| wow uh halloween was a blast but got trashed the last two party nights...i'm bloated like about 4 lbs. UGh. ok, time to get back to normal now that halloween is over. running, hour long workouts. watching calories. 1,500 cal range and i know I can make 183 lbs by thanksgiving or at the very least December. Stay Strong and wish me well. I'll update daily with workouts, food, and CWs to keep me motivated for november. november is a pretty boring social month so all should be fine in the lack of dinner parties, parties, and social challenges to my diet. -*Jules* |

CW: 192 lbs. wow, i haven't seen that number in a long time....must be from my happy happy weekend. its a lot easier for me to lose weight when im happy. Halloween challenge: 14 lbs. lost 9 lbs to GO 183 lb. goal for halloween! well i weighed myself finally after getting back from trip. CW: 194.0 lbs total ok so lost .5 lbs but a loss is still a loss. as long as i stay committed and it keeps going down, no matter how little I am happy ladies! 1 small step at a time. halloween challenge 12 lbs lost 11 lbs to go!
